Garden State Strength Club
Real Mixed Martial Arts is the home of Jamie Pigman's Garden State Strength Club. Jamie is a retired Navy Corpsman who was wounded while serving in Afghanistan. While recovering from a gunshot wound to the knee, Jamie came in contact with the Russian system of Kettle Bell Training. Now Jamie is a fully certified Kettlebell and Real Conditioning instructor.
Conditioning
Real Conditioning is Real Mixed Martial Arts functional conditioning program for overall fitness. The program rotates various skills to achieve a maximum impact thru the usage of body weight, rubber bands, medicine balls, kettle bells, traditional weights, and plyometrics. This program is your fast paced, maximum impact alternative to boring gym routines!
Intro Training - the starting point for Real Conditioning. Here you learn the motions and develop a base of conditioning before you bump up to the next level
Level 2 - Intermediate level of conditioning that improves upon your base. Increased reps and durations to challenge you in a positive and progressive way.
Expert - Advanced training for those that have elevated their conditioning to an elite level. Ideal for athletes and those looking to fully maximize their workouts.
Kettlebells
